At Respia, our goal is to deliver your relief as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping terms below to understand our timelines and responsibilities.
1. Processing Times
Quick Fulfillment: All orders are handled and processed within 1–2 business days.
Order Changes: Once an order is processed and sent to our warehouse, we may be unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. Please ensure all information is correct at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Fulfillment: All orders are dispatched from our domestic USA warehouse to ensure fast, reliable transit.
Delivery Timeline: After your order has been processed, your drops will typically arrive at your door in 2–5 business days.
Estimates Only: Please note that all delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Respia is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or other events outside of our control.
3. Order Tracking
Real-Time Updates: You will receive a tracking number via email the second your order leaves our facility.
How to Track: You can follow your relief all the way to your mailbox using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Delivery Confirmation: Respia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms the package has been "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout.
Secure Delivery: We highly recommend ensuring your shipping address is a secure location.
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at respiahealth@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.
5. Incorrect Address Policy
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
